Wheel of Fortune ~ our card for 2026
What world do you want to live in?
What kind of world do you want to create?
2026 is an auspicious year—a golden opportunity. Now, more than ever, is the time to focus your intentions and get clear about where you invest your attention, your time, your energy and money:
Do your investments align with your values?
Do your actions reflect your ambitions?
Have you been hiding when you could shine?
Have you been letting your eyes wander rather than keeping focus on yourself?
Are there insights you’ve been chasing away with noise and distraction that are asking for expansive tending?
With whom are you keeping company—do you feel resonance in your community or are your connections feeling a little flat?
What lights you up and helps you feel like a song?
This year promises to set our wheels in motion and to help carry us to distances beyond the horizon of our sight. Its promise: to carry us even further than we could travel by ourselves alone, to help take us to where we’re meant to go. 2026 is here to match our efforts—all that is larger than us is here to provide. And this is the catch: this promise can only be fulfilled if we do our part in staying centered at the spoke of our wheel. You and you alone are responsible for yourself: you are not responsible for anyone else and no one else is responsible for you. Take up your responsibility. Get centered. There is nowhere else for us to be but right here, ever and always in the present moment. Where are you standing right now? What decisions are yours to make in this: the moment at hand? Check in with yourself, with your source. Follow your soulful YESes, heed your soulful NOs. Intuition is the key to your ignition, learn its voice—it’s an ally you can trust above all else. Get excited! There is so much freedom available in the present moment: when all our decisions are based in the here-and-now, pressure is off and the world is our oyster. There is no better time to reorient ourselves towards possibility, no better time to shrug off oppressive “should”s.
What can you teach yourself?
What new thing can you try?
What passion project have you left lingering that you could reanimate in a new way?
Where can you safely, but boldly reach out of your comfort zone?
Where can you think outside the box, get creative with your problem-solving?
How can you lovingly challenge your stuck ways of thinking?
Where can you invite in more support?
Where and to whom else might you reach for connection?
This year, things are going to get rolling! The train is leaving the station and the chug-chug of its motion hums a reminder of our purpose: life is nothing but a brief, wild ride we get to test-drive in these fleshy vehicles we call bodies. Hop into the particular beauty of yourself and ask yourself: What brings you joy? What do you have to offer? What do you want to do while you’re here?
