Beloved Vibiana, patron saint of this City of Angels, receive us in the mantle of thy kind protection. In our outreach to grace, we seek to be as truly yours as you are truly ours. Bless us that our presence may commingle with the Divine no matter what land surrounds us. Bless us that we may be home wherever and whenever we are centered in Divine Love. With the help of Spirit and the assistance of prayer, we endeavor to embody your virtues in the hope that we may reverberate thy courage and humility in our quiet thoughts and daily actions. 

O, Vibiana, full of life, 

we pray our faith be strong like yours. 

O, Vibiana, full of life, 

we pray our hope be confident like yours. 

O, Vibiana, full of life, 

we pray our love be ardent like yours. 

O, Vibiana, full of life, 

we pray our comportment be humble like yours. 

O, Vibiana, full of life, 

we pray our steadfastness be resilient like yours.

We offer these prayers to you that they go forth and be created.

EM (she/her) is a highly attuned empath, intuitive claircognizant, and tarot interpreter. Trained in cultural criticism, she holds an M.A. in Visual and Cultural Studies from the University of Rochester. Her academic work involved feminism in film, sexual textuality, queer temporality, and medieval mysticism. Presently based on Tongva land (Long Beach, CA), her emergent project, Cloister Mysticism, arose in response to the psychic violence of capitalism and from the desire to enlarge & reclaim access to healing and self-empowerment.
